RESOLUTION NO. 651
ADOPTING THE EXECUTIVE LEGISLATIVE AGENDA OF THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE FOR CY 2008-2010
WHEREAS, letter dated December 12, 2007 of Mr. Rufo L. Peligro, (Provincial Administrator) OIC-Governor, this Province, duly received by the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on December 13, 2007, endorsing to this August Body, Provincial Development Council Execom Resolution No. 01, S-2007, this Province, “Endorsing the Executive Legislative Agenda of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, was presented for appropriate action;
WHEREAS, the Executive Legislative Agenda of the Province of Davao del Norte for CY 2008-2010 is a document that contains the major development thrusts of the Provincial Government of Davao del Norte of which the priority programs, projects, policies and guidelines for implementation of the Provincial Governor, Hon. Rodolfo P. del Rosario are defined;
WHEREAS, it also includes the necessary legislative measures, as stipulated in the Legislative Agenda, in support to the Executive Agenda of the Honorable Governor;
WHEREAS, upon two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members constituting a quorum, the legislative chamber considered/ agreed to adopt the Executive Legislative Agenda of Davao del Norte Province.
WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in Session Assembled, to adopt, as it is hereby adopted, the Executive Legislative Agenda of the Province of Davao del Norte for CY 2008-2010 as stated in this booklet:
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Honorable Governor, Rodolfo P. del Rosario, Vice Governor Victorio R. Suaybaguio, Jr., All Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, Mr. Rufo L. Peligro, Provincial Administrator, Mr. Rafael I. Erfe, Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator and all concerned, for their information and record.
