WHEREAS, an Executive Legislative Agenda is a document that articulates the government program of the executive department of the Province of Davao del Norte from CY 2008-2010;
WHEREAS, the Executive Legislative Agenda contains the major development thrusts of the local administration, including the development priorities of the Local Chief Executive, Hon. Rodolfo P. del Rosario towards the attainment of the LGU vision;
WHEREAS, it lists down priority programs, projects, activities, policies and implementing mechanisms to be pursued by the executive department;
WHEREAS, it also underscores the policies and legislative measures necessary to support the three-year programs and priorities of the province;
WHEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Nestor L. Alcoran, PDC Execom Member and President of the Mayor's League, duly seconded by Ms. Norma R. Pereyras, PDC Execom Member and Board of Director of Tagum Cooperative, be it RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to endorse the Executive Legislative Agenda of the Province of Davao del Norte covering the period, 2008 to 2010 to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for its appropriate action
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their information and reference.
